Hilton Garden Inn Worcester

Breakfast was fantastic, and the gentleman who led the waitstaff was incredible - efficient, courteous, attentive, and kind. The location was also PERFECT for us since we were in Worcester to see a concert at the DCU Center.

Loved the location, staff, uno pizza in the same building, and the fact it had a pool.

I loved that it was right next door to the DCU Center. We also enjoyed the Pizzaria Uno that was attached. Parking was convenient, but be aware there it's an extra $12.00. The room was comfortable. The elevators were very fast. The hotel was sold out but there was plenty of staff and everyone was pleasant.

Always appreciate a full length mirror. $11.95 for overnight parking in a covered garage was way cheaper than the $40 we're used to in NY. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and we were able to check in an hour early.

The location is quite central to downtown Woostah. The DCU is next door, St. Vincent's Hospital is a block away, and there's a parking garage directly across the street, with discount rates offered to hotel guests. And for good measure, there's a Pizzeria Uno in the hotel. If ya love Chicago deep dish, then stay here. The continental breakfast is quite reasonably priced, as are the hot breakfasts made to order. There's a pool (I'm not sure if the spa tub is in working order) and an area for business clients in which to work away from their room. The lobby atmosphere is breezy. By that, I mean- it is spacious and open. It lends itself to the occasional annoying unsupervised child, but...hey. All in all, a good place to stay, if there ain't a Ritz Hotel around.
